    Hey Zay. Thank you for the workout. I appreciate the tips. Don't be shy to sprinkle harder progressions of each workout in. Plenty who watch these will be able to keep up. I'm getting ready to put the roof on my house I'm building off bluffs and boulders in the beautiful Ozark mountains. Waiting to get out of this camper and into my house to get my transformation on. You and Chris are a sincere inspiration. Hope to meet yall at some point. I do still have family in Miami. Do u know the Nasser's?

    That last planche would be much better for the shoulders if it was a straight-arm planche instead of doing it on your elbows.

    Just did it for the first time.
    Wow, those wall stand up push ups are so challenging(i've been doing Calisthenics only for a month) and i've been thinking i gained some strenght with push ups & pull ups XD.
    Awesome workout.

    Are all the programs free or is there a catch and have to pay for each workout program cause I stopped working out cause the person I bought the program from was expensive and I really wanna try calisthenics but idk if it's free

    I would like to see a full workout with all 4 or 3 rounds. I want to see what happens once you get tired. Do you do pause reps or do you alter the exercise? Or maybe do you use something to take some weight off?

    Everything's good except for HSPUS , your head should be looking forward not downward , body gotta stay straight in a line as standing up but that's detail! thumbs up

    Hi Zay! This is a good workout. Next time would you be kind enough to take your T-shirt off before you start carrying out your exercises. Chris always does it in order to show us how muscles should work: which group has to flex and when. Unfortunately, your baggy T-shirt hides your shoulders and your upper body. Thanks

    Love the channel but it's hard to call this a home shoulder workout. I was looking for something that focuses on the shoulders. This killed my wrists and I felt nothing in the shoulders after halfway thru the vid. It's more of an all around or even core workout.

    I can do l-sit on a gym parallel bar but cannot do it on a platform. After looking into the mirror to confirm whether I am as piked as you, I found it is because my upper body is much longer than you😅

    Guys when i do the wall support hand stand push up, my lower back hurts. Any tips. I try to get as close to the wall and squeeze my glutes and legs together. My back is facing the wall when i do this

    am I supposed to be able to do all these exercises as a complete beginner ? (I'm not talking about the reps. I mean those hand stands look technically difficult)
