    Personally would love to see workout for those guys who have back problems (including myself). It's obvious to replace some russian twists and other lumbar heavy exercises but having an educational video on this topic from you would be great.

    Hey Stefan! Great video! Thanks for the video! A little bit of constructive feedback: I like to hear more specifics or just some details during the exercise

    But that’s just my personal opinion. Chris is sometimes saying things that don’t matter because they’re obvious but it just gives me something to hear that little detail because i focus even more and I enjoy listening to it. I repeat the video 2-4 times because it just transfers Chris to my living room and I am not getting bored of it. It’s actually really exciting for me, my friends and my girlfriend. We sometimes make fun of it by saying it just like Chris. Chris: “remember guys, squeeeeeeeeze” “whooooaaaaa” “aaaaa-aaaalright”

    That’s just me/us.

    Hey ThenX, just want to let you know that I'm trying to get back in shape and I've been doing some of the routines in your videos but had to skipped some routines because of flexibility issues. Basically I can't touch my toes. Is there a way to fix this? The farthest I can touch is my knees while standing up, while sitting I can somewhat reach below the knees. I think I can reach a bit more on the left leg than the right lol..please help, love your videos and thanks in advance.
